Baracuta

The relationship with Baracuta began back in 2007 when the Griffin brand approached Baracuta to produce a series of collaborative G9 jackets. After a series of successful projects, the Griffin Studio was invited to design the entire Baracuta range. The above collection was developed based on the brand's hometown of Manchester. The city in the north west of England has a reputation for being the home of England's best outerwear manufacturers and harrington is renowned for being worn by such legends as Steve Mcqueen, Elvis Presley and Frank Sinatra. The Griffin Studio drew inspiration from these sources to produce two capsule collectons, 'Born in Manchester' and 'La Dolce Vita'. This consultancy is ongoing.
