Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on the items and select the size you wish to purchase. This will automatically put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro as well as most of the other major credit and debit card providers, you can also pay via paypal (please note you will need to set up a paypal account if you don't already have one). If you would prefer to speak to someone give Nicole a call on 0044 (0) 1380 871133 and she will process your order over the phone, please have your credit or debit card details ready and your billing and delivery address.





Why can't I order the Item that I want?

If you can't choose a certain item or a size this means the product is currently sold out, you can give us a call to find out if this item will become available again or to put your name down on the returns list. If the product does become available we can then give you a call to let you know.


Gift Certificate! How do they work??

Fill the form in, proceed as usual with payment, tick if you want to have it sent via post. Please allow up to 3 days (and more time if ordering just before or over the weekend). Please note that online Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, are valid for only one year from the date of issue and are only redeemable via the the Griffin-Studio website (online Gift Certificates cannot be used in high street stores). Online gift certificates can only be redeemed by recipients who have registered on the website using the email address the Gift Certificate was originally sent to. Gift Certificate codes cannot be transferred to another user - they must be emailed directly to the recipient.

Shipping And Handling

Our ambition is to ship your order as soon as possible; often the day after it was ordered. We will endeavor to dispatch your item within 1-3 days depending on stock level and stock location and deliver your items to you in the shortest possible time and at a competitive rate through our reliable and reputable delivery companies. Orders placed between Friday afternoon to Sunday will be dispatched at first working day after the weekend, all items are dispatched from the Griffin Studio, Graceland, BA13 4NW.

UK Delivery

In the UK all deliveries are sent using the Royal Mail Recorded and Signed For service. Items are insured and require a signature on arrival. The cost of delivery is determined by the number of items you purchase, see below for full details:

Delivery within Europe

We are now offering two delivery services for our European customers, a standard service which usually take between 1 & 2 weeks but can take up to 25 working days. This is a signed for service which is sent using the Royal mail postal service. This service costs £15.

Alternatively if you need your items in a hurry you can choose our Express service this usually take between 3 & 5 working days and is trackable whilst on route. This method is sent using Parcelforce Worldwide and is costed at the flat rate of £25.

International delivery (outside of Europe)

We are also offering two services for our international customers an Express and Standard service. The standard service can take up to 25 working days although items are usually delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. This service is sent using Royal Mail's international signed for service and cost £20.

The Express service usually takes 5 working days to international destinations. This service is sent using Parcelforce Worldwide and is a trackable service. This service cost £50.

Please note that additional local import duties may be payable on receipt. If you have any further questions regarding the delivery of your items please contact us.

Bike Shipping

Please note shipping for the Griffin X Charge fixed bike is charged seperately due to the size and weight. Please select Bike Shipping at the checkout, this will be charged at £25 (UK), £75 (Europe) and £85 (International). The Bike will be shipped in a large cardboard box and will need some simple assembly such as handlebars turning, pedals attaching and general tightening of nuts and bolts, there is also a brake included which will need installing if required.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will try to order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We may also offer you an alternative item.
Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. All items have a 30 day exchange period due to a manufacturers fault.

Returns Policy

Please return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods and fill in the enclosed return form, specifying whether you would like a return, exchange or credit note. We will allow longer for overseas customers, but the parcel must be post dated within 14 days of receipt of the goods. All returns are at the cost of the purchaser and should be returned using a registered postal service. Please note refunds can take up to 7 working days before showing up on your statement, also we cannot issue refunds on sale items, we can however offer you an alternative style/size or a credit note. Our credit notes have no expiry date and can be used against any other product at the Griffin online store at a later date, just give us a call or drop us an email to arrange this. If you would like an exchange feel free to call or e-mail ahead to arrange for the replacement to be reserved in your name.
