Griffin-studio.com makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Griffin-studio.com shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.
Password/account security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. Griffin-studio.com shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.
Stock availability
Griffin-studio.com will endeavor to ensure goods displayed on the website are available. However we cannot be held responsible if goods are out of stock. If you order a product which has sold out we will contact you to arrange a replacement, if an appropriate replacement is not available we will refund you for the cost of the product, if it is the only product in your order we will also refund your postage.
Order
Our ambition is to ship your order as soon as possible; often the day after it was ordered. Weekday orders are dispatched within 1-3 days depending on stock level and stock location. Weekend (Friday afternoon) and Bank Holiday orders are dispatched on the next possible working day. Depending on where you live and the amount of orders we have to ship, the delivery time varies between 1-10 working days.
Payment
We accept all credit and debit cards, which show the Visa, MasterCard, Switch or Delta symbols. All such payments are taken using the online RealEx secure payments system.
Where applicable all prices shown includes VAT at the current rate of 15% & are subject to change at any time without notice. All prices on this site are for mail order only.
All orders are subject to availability and we reserve the right to decline an order without reason given.
UK Consumer laws do not require retailers to accept returns of purchased items if those items are in a proper condition and are as described. Our Returns Policy, whereby Griffin-studio.com will accept returns of unwanted purchases if returned within 14 days from the date at which they are received (21 days for European and International customers) and returned in its received condition. We will be happy to offer an exchange or refund via RealEx, this is a goodwill policy and we reserve the right to amend or withdraw this policy at any time. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Gift Certificate:
Please note that online Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, are usually valid for one year from the date of issue and are only redeemable via the the Griffin-Studio website (online Gift Certificates cannot be used in high street stores). Online gift certificates can only be redeemed by recipients who have registered on the website using the email address the Gift Certificate was originally sent to. Gift Certificate codes cannot be transferred to another user - they must be emailed directly to the recipient, only by using the form below in order to be used on the site.
Make a Return:
Simply fill in the postcard in the parcel with your goods and send it back to us with the products to be returned to, Griffin, Graceland, Edington Road, Westbury, Wiltshire, BA13 4NW, England. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us, please send an e-mail to nicole@griffin-studio.com. Goods need to be posted back to us and received within 14 days of receiving the goods for a full refund or exchange. Please note we cannot refund sale items, please state an exchange or credit note on the return slip. Refunds take 7 working days from the date of processing to show up on your statement.
