USMC Pant

Our best-selling pant the ‘USMC trouser’ is a really easy trouser, a signature Griffin garment featuring the heritage combat style pockets. The design was initially developed from a 1945 boiler suit, with a low slung crotch and wide leg with adjustable tabs at the hem. The pant is designed to be worn low on the hips and does come up slightly larger than other styles, so if you are between sizes we do recommend you opt for the smaller size on this design. This season the USMC is available in a mid-weight Italian cotton in Sand, Dove and Black. We also have a selection of colours and camo options in the short version.

Last season we re-launched this pant which has since rapidly climbed the Best Sellers list. Initially introduced back in 1997, the Thai pant was inspired by the military snow pant and Thai fisherman’s pant, a wide leg design that we felt was very much needed right now. Finally we are saying good-bye to skinny jeans and hello to the return of the trouser with a little more ego. They're casual, and really easy to wear and an instant head-turner. So whilst the silhouette remains just as striking as last season, this season's choice of fabric really relaxes the design. Called Venezia, the fabric is manufactured just a few miles from our factory in Italy, the lightweight cotton is available in both Khaki and Black. We've also replaced all the technical detailing with exposed metal zips. Manufactured in Italy this piece is a Limited Edition design. Us here at Griffin believe the time is now for this silhouette, standing apart from all current fashion fads to offer a style perfect for right now, next year and probably every year after that.

archback trouser

The Archback trouser‚ is a heritage Griffin design and was originally developed from a vintage climbing trouser. The archback panel is of course the pant‚ most distinctive feature and something we can only achieve due to the flexibility of our great Italian factory. Traditionally a coat manufacturer, our factory has the ability to be more creative in the make than a traditional trouser manufacturer by using the finishes and detailing found in outerwear on our trouser range. This season we have slimmed down the leg and have applied a washed to the garment to give the trouser a vintage feel. The Archback is available in both trouser and short styles, in a selection of colourways including sand, black spray and khaki.
