The Softshell jacket was first introduced last Autumn/Winter 10 season as part of a new range of garments that merged tradition with technology, combining heritage fabrics with innovative manufacturing techniques, creating a garment that is ergonomically designed and bonded together instead of sewn to give a sleek finish. This Spring/Summer we have a really extensive collection of trousers and shorts, which we know are often the trickiest items to buy online. So to give you a clearer idea of how they fit, we’ve put together a number of videos featuring this season’s styles. You can get a feel for the fit and how the trousers will move with the body. Each video features our model who wears a size medium (small in the USMC pant), he’s 5ft 11ins and of medium build. Combining traditional wools with laser cut pockets and bonded seams these pieces fuse technology with tradition to create a range of garments that push boundaries and possibilities. why 'made in italy'?
Here at Griffin we are determined to bring our customers the highest quality garments and for over 10 years have been working with one of Italy's finest Italian manufacturers. Whilst quality is our focus we also understand the importance of illustrating where we source everything down to our last button, this traceability is there to ensure our customers can be assured that the garments we produce are produced ethically and without causing creating unneccessary proccesses that could contribute to our carbon footprint. The new collection is now available at the Griffin Online Store. This season the collection takes inspirations from 50's American Military Uniforms and the film 'Ice Station Zebra'. Quality is the focus for the season working with American Woolen Mill, Woolrich and recycled fur trims. Check out the full press release on our collections page to find out more.
