Shipping And Handling
Our ambition is to ship your order as soon as possible; often the day after it was ordered. We will endeavor to dispatch your item within 1-3 days depending on stock level and stock location, and deliver your items to you in the shortest possible time at a competitive rate through our reliable and reputable delivery companies. Orders placed between Friday afternoon to Sunday will be dispatched at first working day after the weekend.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on the items and select the size you wish to purchase. This will automatically put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.
In the UK all deliveries are sent using the Royal Mail Recorded and Signed For service. Items are insured and require a signature upon arrival. The cost of delivery is determined by the number of items you purchase.
International Delivery including Europe, US, Canada and Japan.
We charge a flat rate of £20 for deliveries outside of the UK.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
ORDERS AND RETURNS
Why can’t I order the item that I want?
If you can’t choose a certain item or a size this means the product is currently sold out, you can give us a call to find out if this item will become available again or to put your name down on the returns list. If the product does become available we can then give you a call to let you know.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All items have a 30 day exchange period due to a manufacturers fault.
If your item is not in stock, we will try to order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We may also offer you an alternative item.
Please return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods and fill in the enclosed return form, specifying whether you would like a return, exchange or credit note. Please note we cannot issue refunds on sale items, we can however offer you an alternative style/size or a credit note. Our credit notes have no expiry date and can be used against any other product at the Griffin online store at a later date, just give us a call or drop us an email to arrange this.
